upgrades, new servers

This week I will be upgrading the servers here.

First: both servers will be upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04.

Second: the Groundhog Day server will be shut down and replaced with a Sage cell server. The cell server, I think, offers the kind of no-registration, just-compute-the-answer service that the Groundhog Day server attempted to provide.
